Reach Out

This is not an emergency response line. If you require emergency assistance, please dial 000 immediately.

We believe in mateship – no Australian should have to go it alone. A fire may destroy homes and buildings, but it need not destroy a community.

We are supporting grassroots needs that typically emerge as communities regroup after a disaster, including:

  • Repairing important community infrastructure, such as community spaces and venues;
  • Supporting local businesses and not-for-profit organisations;
  • Providing equipment and tools essential to recovery efforts.

First and foremost, we are community driven. Fire Fund is consulting with people on the ground, in the regions most affected by the bushfires to determine how best to assist. Our focus areas include NSW (North Coast region, South Coast region, Southern Ranges), Victoria (Gippsland, Hume) and South Australia (Kangaroo Island).
