From the air, Ningaloo Reef looks untouched - full of colour and life. But beneath the surface, things are changing fast.

A major marine heatwave in early 2025 has caused widespread coral bleaching, putting this World Heritage-listed reef under serious stress.

In Focus: Ningaloo Coral Bleaching follows local scientists and community members as they assess the damage and search for signs of hope. Through on-the-ground research and personal stories, the film explores how climate change is affecting the reef - and what can still be done to help.
